I've slightly torn the membrane. I thought for sure it was already dead. I haven't seen movement since yesterday AND if you see in the video above it was moving so freely in the shell this morning.

Bright fresh blood? Depends how recently it died. If it’s fresh blood and wanting to flow out then I would think there’s a chance it’s alive.

Don’t dump it just yet.. maybe oil up that membrane so you can see what’s happening?
