I thought I was recording my interesting conversation....I screwed up and didn't hit the right button until after the convo. I'll upload the messed up video when I get home. I'm still in the parking lot. They DID have balut chicken eggs too.

The man even told me that you are suppose to eat this with the balut eggs.

so I bought it too! I didn't exactly tell him how I was cooking the eggs.

Let me know if you want to try incubating some balut chicken eggs....I might know the exact place that has some.
