The 3 way and the dimmer switch will still have you as the temperature control and up every 2 hours for the next 2 weeks. Then you have to monitor the temp in the brooder. You do have the brooder ready, don't you?

I hurt myself in strange ways too. When in grammar school I broke my arm on the monkey bars and the the next year broke my teeth off slipping on ice playing four square...It was a tragic four square accident!

Your mom should have dressed you in bubble wrap when you wet out..

I tried the paper towel rolls. They get to wet and don't hold shape.

I wrap up old wash clothes into a tight roll and dip them into hot tap water.
