No problem.. I think the salted eggs are trung vit muoi..those go well with white porridge..if you decide to try century egg one day it’s usually eaten with pork porridge. I hatched a few batches of balut when I lived in California but sold them as ducklings. They were in incubators at the store and usually about 80% hatched. I think they were pekin. I felt bad for the eggs but realized I couldn’t save them all and was adding to the demand of them although not by much as they usually had about 100 a week. Plus I moved to Canada.
