We actually had a freeze for a couple of days in a row this past "winter", and we always have road construction that never seems to fix anything, as well as 90% humidity. and temps in the 90's last week. It's not even June yet.

Mud is probably just as bad as snow.We have 3 seasons, Frozen (doesn't last long), Dusty (most of the summer), and Mud (any time it's not frozen or dusty)....
The nice thing about living on a sand dune is that there is never any mud.Mud is probably just as bad as snow.

How do you have a picnic outside and not get sand in your sandwich? The nice thing about living on a sand dune is that there is never any mud.
the same way you do at the beach, at least you probably don't have to worry about ants, or coons who run down a tree and take your fried chicken while on a picnic in the park. (we actually saw this happen to some poor people who were having a picnic with a bucket of chicken, the raccoon thought he was invited as well and took a piece of chicken from the bucket!)How do you have a picnic outside and not get sand in your sandwich?
This reminded me of people throwing bread to the birds at our beach.OOOH...I just had a flashback of our beaches....seagulls and french fries or pizza....run for your life.

Don't set it on the ground. I live alone, there are no picnics here. Where I water is beautifully green right now.How do you have a picnic outside and not get sand in your sandwich?
