I had goat tacos when I was dating a Mexican.. about 30 yrs ago :lau
We got some at a places in Joliet and Chicago, I thought they were really good. He said the places had food like the ones in Michoacan Mexico.
Now days I can't eats cows milk so I get goat cheese at aldi, it's good too. I used to get goat milk from a farmer I used to get pork from. I was trying to get some goat meat if they butchered a buckling. But they got out of pigs and sold most of the goats.:hit

Brown the goat meat.
Add some dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt and a dash of cumin.

Boil some dried peppers for a few minutes to soften them. 4 each guajillo and ancho chilies. Throw them in the blender with and onion and some fresh garlic and some of the water you boiled them in.
Blend smooth-ish.

Throw the blender stuff in the pot with the meat.
Add water and two bay leaves.


Cook til meat falls off bone.
 
I see you added the "good" :lau She's trustworthy. My officemate worked with her the past 15 years in another building.
It autocorrected to the word cook earlier.
I had to fix it real quick.
