I'd love to actually enjoy it and stop spending so much damn money on hello kitty fresh!

I shop at two grocery stores.
HEB and Kroger.

I don't mind shopping, but I always forget why I'm in the store (writing lists don't help). You can often hear me one street away from home screaming "that's right, we needed milk!"
I'm also a sucker for sales of things I don't need but might need "someday".

He has not. I spent three hours crawling around in the underbrush wearing thick carhartt clothing and sweating. I currently smell bad, am covered in bug bites and still no Ranger Danger. I'm bummed. I got him from the pound when I was in College. He's like a weird Buddha cat - loves everything and everyone.
Guess one of two things: He's hunkered down and nursing his wounds and will show up when he's good and ready OR he used his last bit of energy to crawl off and die. Here's hoping for option one

We don't have those here. We have Fred Meyer, Albertsons, Walmart (which is incredibly clean, new and unlike any other Walmarts on the planet)

Thank you - Me too! He's disappeared a couple times (when I lived in Olympia), then the pound calls. But not round these parts. Cat disappears, they're not coming back.
