➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Hahahaha! I love hearing you call him Street Food :lau.
His name can never change!
I haven't listen back yet...I think the mIni was calling him Street Food in this one.
:D I crack up when he says it with such a straight face.
I can not.

Nutri Drench her, a drop, every few hours.
She might just pull through.
I gave everyone a drop when I put them in the brooder. I’ll give her another in a few hours.

I told hubby I was mentally prepared for one to die and one to be a rooster.. any more and I would get really upset.
0 deaths would be great too. :barnie
Finally caught back up! Sweet wonderful sleep did me some good. :gig

Yay! Babies! :love Our EE started off with the messy chipmunk pattern as well, and is still changing colors. :th I’ve never seen a yellow EE though, that’s cool!
The welsummer, I’m so sorry. I know you said that it’s expired, but how expired? It might help some if it’s not extremely past due.
Sometime in 2016, I didn’t look closely. I don’t really want to dish out antibiotics if she’s just a weak chick in general though.
We’ll see what tomorrow looks like, she could be totally fine after all.

How is everyone doing today?

We’re doing good! Starting to figure out those legs finally. :) I’m a little worried about our Brahma as it lays down a lot but it seems to be doing better today!

Thank you! I certainly will do that!
@jwyles He is around Thibodaux , we just take a ride and pick up, he has also been willing to split my dozen eggs between Blacks and blues and still gives extra eggs, although he is not shipping. We have been dealing with him for a few years, when we need to replace hens, have bought pullets and eggs form him. Last batch of eggs came from him. All are beautiful and none of the hatchlings had any problems. Good luck

I would not be giving her antibiotics...she isn't even 24 hours old yet..for real.
Give her some time.
