My Mom had a Painted tile pattern done on her concete subfloor after Katrina, and it looks great.

Awesome!! I started a few months ago. I'm up to the Day of the Doctor. Best episode since Turn Left/Journey's End.

I'm not sure what to make of Clara yet. Sometimes she's okay, other times she just seems flat next to Rose and the other wonderfully rounded characters. I liked the impossible girl thing though.

Tom baker is awesome!!! I was so happy they had him do a cameo in 50th anniversary special (which I agree, Banty, is totally amazing).

I saw that!! I really hope they sort of explore it a bit more. Their dialogue was intriguing.

Since we are talking interiors, I finally got my contractor friend to come back after months and install the transitions on my new floor today! I love my new floor even if Sunshine thinks it's too slippery! Flooring is a hard decision with dogs and husbands since they are so good at ruining things. It was previously pet stained shaggy carpet from the previous owners.

I had to do a triple take to make sure this wasn't my photo!

The trick with white, is to get a good neutral white that is not pure white... At least not if you ever plan on putting any kind of décor next to it that is also white since most things are not pure white. The pure white on your wall/base will make the other item look dirty/pink/grey depending on the base color of such white. Make sense?

They used to sometimes play classic Who on BBC, so I have seen a few of the earlier episodes (and the Tom Baker ones were fantastic) but I think they stopped playing them on BBCamerica now

How many almost fights did you see?

Surprisingly none. When we were waiting outside in line someone was rapidly honking their horn in the parking lot for a good 5 minutes, but I couldn’t pinpoint who or why. Weirdos.
I felt like the most fidgety person at the DMV lol. It was a little better talking to people and laughing about the pain.. a couple people started shouting BINGO when their number was called. Even the lady we ended up getting (for all of three minutes) was very nice and joked with us.

Such a long day tho. We’re beat.
