Hahaha! I do like realism, I find nailing the anatomy and structure very satisfying. In that sense I don’t want to branch out, but I’m also a sucker for the spooky and creepy.

One of the few times I managed to accurately transfer creative thought to paper.. I think I want to go more in this realistic unnatural direction.

Seems like a good mix of both worlds.. hmm.

So, here I am drooling over this awesome pencil drawing and it hits me! I read this book called The Ruins several years back and it totally gives me that vibe. It was a horror, of course. It was made into an absolutely awful film that I totally watched and had a good time hating.

Haha! I loved that movie even though it was indeed terrible. I didn’t even know there was a book! Is it any good?

The book was much better. I thought it was way creepier to imagine than it was to see. Plus, I'm totally a pussy and sicked out by veins and such and that movie really had some gnarly cutting scenes...
