Did you fully rinse/soak them first? I don't know if they'd be food safe. Aquarium rocks are safe. I made the mistake once of putting a regular rock in with my fish once, and it killed it because of something that leached out of it.

I did that once too.
My brother did it with a penny.

Yes I washed them off. Im not worried about them.

Checked on my broodies last night. There's a tiny buckeye chick! Here's hoping that the chanteclers hatch I've only managed to hatch 2 this year

I just checked them all again
Still 6 externals.
One internal and the last one I am not sure about yet. I'm thinking it will make the internal when it's good and ready.


I am NOT liking how the newly hatched ones play bowling ball. I'm thinking that next time I will pull them immediately.
