All PFM can lock threads but what I mean is I don't get the point. I don't think it is fair to just cut people off when you have had enough.

I agree. To me, it's a form of trolling and I think a better approach would be to write an article.

It seems to me that the training of the chicken should match the environment it is going to live it. Raising a friendly chicken is fine if you have it confined to a safe area and want to enjoy it as a pet. If the chickens are going to live in an area where they need to have their wits about them, or you plan on giving them away to strangers to live in an unknown situation, its probably best not to discourage their natural instincts.

You can't go wrong! I have a soft spot for the craggy beaches of the Northern Washington coast, but you really can't beat the soft sand of Oregon paired with those crazy rock formations. I did swim in the crazy ocean with a little fire water in the belly, but only once. It was wonderfully cold and refreshing!

I said I wouldn't have an opinion so I deleted my reply after i typed it, but it was basically-exactly the same thing Morrigan has said here.(Y'all i said "basically-exactly"!!! Makes no sense but I like it )Those were some pretty specific circumstances that happened to lead to that unfortunate outcome and most people's pet raised backyard chickens aren't going to find themselves in a rural predator rich environment at any point.

This chick was getting mostly NutriDrench. Hardly got any chick feed and is now being fed ground feather fixer until I get a new bag.

I don't want to upset you, but thought you should know that Nutrena Feather Fixer has too much calcium in it for chicks.
