➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

I come from a hunting family and eat primarily elk when it comes to red meat. It never has that gamey taste :idunno. They die well and are quickly gutted, skinned, and quartered in the field.
I have had gamey meat. I'm not sure if it's because the animal didn't die right away and released adrenaline into the meat or if the animal wasn't gutted soon enough. Maybe a little bit of both.
I myself do not hunt, but I would like to. I get most of my meat from my uncle and cousin. Both avid hunters.
Mmmmm elk :drool
There's elk like crazy on the west side of my road, but none on the east. I live on the east side of course.

Last summer I made a deal with the guy who does my hay. The usual deal around here is someone cuts and bales your hay and you get 1/3 of the crop, or they buy that 1/3 from you. Laurel raises bison. So instead of him paying me for my third I got half a bison. Problem is, most of the hay he feeds them is a swamp grass. I love bison, but I'm really not enjoying the meat from him. Usually end up covering it up with something (currently I'm on a HP sauce kick).

Hah! I'm told by the man that it's scientifically referred to as "sass".
By fuzzy, do you mean a "little" under the rum? Tequila? Vodka? BEER???
Only hippies do the yoga "lifestyle" thing... I just can't run anymore so I gotta do something. Yoga wins. I hate gyms.
Have you tried the latest trend? Yoga with goats.

"Potential zombies"...

I wonder if that would hold up in court. I know a couple of "potential zombies". I like the way you think.

Lmk. Enquiring minds want to know...
Well, in my dreams, there are the real zombies that we are fighting but almost always someone close to me is bit so instead of “letting them turn” I kill them before that happens.

I pretty much wear my gross old crocs every day or merrells. I have a few pairs of nice Pikolinos for when I want to look like less of a complete slob.
I so want to wear some girlie type shoes. Even something like Toms or even a ked style. A couple of weeks ago I went to a skechers store hoping to find something colourful. Nope. Even a size 11 was too small :hit

I was informed by my mother that one of our 6 week olds is crowing. :th
He is his father son oh my goodness!

My dad has terrible allergic reactions when he's here in Louisiana, but he move to NC years ago and has none. He used to take allergy shots here but he hasn't taken them at all since he moved there.
The only allergy problem I seem to have here is snow mould. A lot of people have popular pollen problems, but thankfully I don't.
