I've gone back and forth, but I think I will plug it in tonight. I'm worried that the 40 degree drop in temperature may be tough on them. They certainly look happy as clams in the 100 degree heat. I figure they can crawl out of the huddle box if they get too warm.
I lost a meatie a couple of years ago due to being squished at the bottom of a dog-pile when they were all crammed under the puddle of heat from a heat lamp, so I don't want to cut it too close.
No doubt I'll be wandering up to check on them with a flash light at all weird hours tonight.
2 ribbons, flowers, and 5 bucks. Dad didn't ask for the card cause he didn't realize there were comments on it and it was in the friend's name but we asked for a picture of it and might get it later. But I gotta get into vegetables next year! Apparently they both won big for their veggies and fairy gardens. I don't want to get into the fairy garden/scene thing because it's kind of their thing and he's really into it and has fun with it plus it's a lot of work but I have GOT to enter veggies next year.
