I know that, I didn’t know if there was a specific way she was turning, as in a left turn, though you still turn into the closest lane.

That’s pretty much standard if you want to get anywhere here. There is a spot when I leave campus where I have to turn into the farthest lane because if I don’t then I can’t get onto the highway. It’s always so difficult if you take the closest lane.
