Kiki - I've about decided a dog proof, mobile, quail fertilizer dispenser is, by definition, not mobile without heavy machinery. Therefore, plans are changing. See? research is good.

She is a beautiful young lady, thank you very much!
Besides the missing leg, she’s also mid-shed right now (you can see lighter fresh skin at the base of her tail), and a little underweight. A bit scruffy, but still a sweetheart.

Speaking of pets, I haven’t shown y’all the newest addition to our household. Meet IV (as in intravenous, get it?), our bearded dragon rescue that we acquired through a strange series of event just after I got out.

She’s such a sweetheart. We love her to death, nub leg and all.

That one. Where you say,"we acquired through a strange series of event".
It isn't like Florida where you find iguanas laying all over the front yard. Bearded Dragons, unlike iguanas, don't fall from trees on every cold day and let you put them in your shopping trolley.

Yeah but if I got the hutch with them then I wouldn't need to build anything unless I wanted to expand which was why I was saying wait until spring, they'll be fine in the hutch a while, them could expand. If I got one that didn't come with one then I would build before.

No bunnies here. Craigslist might have some in your area. Personally, I like the look of Flemish Giants or Netherland dwarfs. I love the extreme size differences.

My garage "aquired" a 3' black rat snake last night that scared the sh** out of me while taking the trash out. Hubby has trash duty now until that thing moves on.
