I didn't do it.
The Mini and the Mex did the cutting.
I tried pulling the skin off of one but I felt something wiggle/move inside and I dropped it.

The Mex just got his first taste of butchering.
I can't do it.

Do I leave them in water in the fridge or do I put then in a zip lock bag?

Once they are cooled down, you can remove them from the water, bag them and place them in the refrigerator.
