Yes, Home Depot, Lowes, Tractor Supply and all your small hardware stores. Mine are 1/4" I think but you can use anything that is strong enough.

Yes! It started before 6 am and it's beginning to stick to the grass and trees. Roads should stay clear because ground temperature is above freezing.
