Yea, that’s what I’m reading. I don’t see how that’s possible. Outside temps have been 30-60f since they started laying. Eggs are either stored at room temperature (no higher than 70f) or in the fridge. Hmmm.

I do walk through Elvis. I never side step him because I read that is a BIG no no. So I never do that. He is just being a snot here lately. I guess I need to do it for a longer period of time to get my point across. Boys!

12th night is Jan 6th 12 days after Christmas and celebrates the 3 wise men which is kings day which where the king cake came from. No one sells king cakes but from 12th night (kings day) till fat Tuesday (actual Mardi gras day ). Fat Tuesday (last celebration day) before ash Wednesday which starts the Lenten season where seafood (no meat) is eaten every Friday till Easter.

January 6 is both my birthday and how I got my name. I was born 6 weeks premature (and a different gender from what they expected). When they called around to tell the family the news, my grandfather had just gotten out of church and told them they should name me after the epiphany. So they did. Epiphania translates to Stephanie.

Dominican Republic celebrates January 6 like Christmas. It's usually a very festive day.

Well, I’m going to Minneapolis tomorrow night until Sunday and Mall of America and then in March I am going to Phoenix, AZ/surrounding areas and I think the Grand Canyon and possibly CA or Vegas or something too

Can y’all keep a secret?

Hubby and I visited two animal shelters today to look at some pups we’ve had our eye on and went home with applications submitted for two different dogs. Both dogs have holds on them with multiple people in line before us, but... there’s a chance.
I’m extremely anxious and I don’t know why. I guess I’m worried that we goofed up and now isn’t the right time for a dog, but if not now then when? We have an income, a house, and plenty of at-home time for a new pup. So why am I so dang nervous.
