So, we did a thing this morning... Hubby saw a news report that metro animal control was full and they had a local news station sponsoring adoptions. Only do a handful or two of almonds. Are they raw? Roasted are a lot worse for you. As soon as they're cooked the fat content goes way up & a lot of nutritional value is lost.

Really? I had no idea about that. They are this kind. I was eating the sea salted ones, the one that’s open ha, but the nutrition facts look basically the same though??

This is exactly what I tell my hubs when he asks why i'm hatching again. I like babies, I don't have to pay for college or car insurance, and I can eat them when I'm tired of taking care of them. Makes perfect sense!
