Thanks!! And yeah, that’s true. I need to eat more real foods. And I am trying to avoid sugar and junk but I figure even if I just start also eating some vegetables and real foods in addition to junk then that’s better than what I was doing before and better than only eating sugar and probably still progress. Though I am trying to just not eat sugar at all at least at first.
And yeah my uncle used to visit my parents in FL when they lived down there and only eat like Coke and chicken nuggets or those chocolate ding ding things, I forget exactly, but he used to have WEIRD eating habits and eat like crap but now for a while like years he has been just eating extremely healthy and only water and I don’t think he even eats sweets anymore. We all actually think he might even be a little TOO extreme/healthy as he’s really skinny too. But it works for him. So if he can do it, I probably can too.
