I feel horrible after eating it too which is why I never really do anymore. But I feel fine after Panera, even healthy/good ha

Although my joints have been a little weird lately. Maybe the salt and/or carbs.

Thanks, maybe I should try cutting it out then. I also have noticed sometimes when I eat tons of salt it’s way worse the next day. Like my fingers will be all weird. I wonder if it’s the salt?

Hmm I guess that makes sense. But would the finger thing be from lack of exercise? Since even if I did walk, you don’t really exercise your fingers walking? I think the finger and wrist thing could also be me using my phone 24/7 haha
