Ehh, I could put it away easily and usually do when out but I just always feel rude not replying once I see it or like it or start replying. Idk. Not just here, I do it with tweets and texts and such too and I was also on Twitter in there. I should probably just turn it off and/or put it in my purse and not even check it cause once I check it I start a million conversations or see cool things and then it’s all over haha plus it uses data. I should really probably only use it at home. Although then that limits me too cause then I stay home which isn’t really good either so idk. I should probably just put it down. Although I’ve been better today and yesterday with not using it as much. I definitely did in the stores which is a problem, took me way longer in there because of it, but otherwise I wasn't on it as much. Tuesday I was in it like the entire day which is definitely a serious problem :oops: I think that’s why I felt so crappy the next few days after ha

And not use your phone for anything for at least 6 hours each day...hours you are awake.

Nahh, I just need to use them all less haha and actually according to my screen time stats, I barely use any of the others compared to this one which I believe. This one is my biggest time waster tbh :oops: and I’m definitely not unjoining this one. But I do think I need to severely limit my time on it. I was thinking of setting a time limit on it on the screen time thing but I don’t think that would work cause I think I can undo it just as easily. But idk. I might at least try it.

And 6 hours straight is such a long time :eek: :th

But I think it would probably be for the best. Although I’m not sure I can go 6 hours straight. At least at first. Idk. I guess I should probably try but I know if I try and fail I’m just going to be pissed at myself which won’t help. I think I should start smaller and build up haha or maybe just go cold turkey. Idk. But I don’t think using it a little bit is a problem.

The problem comes when I use it in stores/public/my car and spend way longer there than necessary or use it before getting ready to go somewhere or take forever to go places/do what I want to do, etc. I think I mostly just need to work on doing that. That’s the main problem.

Although I do tend to check stuff for “5 minutes” and stay on it which is an issue but I’m already becoming a lot more aware of that and putting it down when I’m on it too long or not picking it up at all if I can’t so that’s not really that much of an issue.

I just need to get up and go or get up and do and that sort of stuff instead of checking it before or during activities. And also I should probably actually finish tasks before getting it out or using it.

:lau You do have me there. I saw it cause I checked it in the car before I go in. And then I kept it out cause I was replying. Probably should have just put it away. But everything still got done

Alright, alright I will. But then again, everyone is addicted to phones/technology these days. It’s not just me. But then again I guess most people at least also have a life :lau :oops:

And it is though. At least straight. Hah that’s like practically the entire day. And I don’t even know if I can even find that much to do that whole time :lau

And that’s true but that’s why I want to put it down. Not saying I’m not gonna limit it, just going the entire day without it is a long time when I’ve been used to being on it all day most days. Jumping from all to none seems a little extreme. But maybe I need extreme. Idk. :confused:

But I do need to at least start moving more. I sit way too much :oops:

I think I’m gonna start going for a walk every day. I haven’t been doing the dogs as much or like at all lately which gives me a lot more time which is a bad thing :oops:
