What variety do you grow? And where did you get the seeds?

Russian Red or Ragged Jack. I got seeds from Baker Creek heirloom seeds several years ago. One plant went to seed, now I have kale plants coming out my ears!

It is definitely a different flavor profile from most kale found in the grocery store. really like it, just don't let it fully go to seed unless you want a kale carpet come spring!

I pour Golden Mushroom gravy on buttered noodles.

I cannot associate with anyone that melts cheese over noodles like it's some kind of ghoulish bleached lasagna.

It isn't just cheese melted over noodles. The cheese is the whole way through and don't forget the chunks of tomato.

In my opinion, spaghetti is not noodles. Cheese melted on noodles does not sound appealing but it is good on spaghetti especially with the chunks of tomatoes.
