I usually use the pressure cooker, air fryer, or the cast iron skillet. When I use the cast iron skillet I sear it and then I put it in the oven for a few minutes until it's done.
Air fryer sounds dry, so maybe skin.
Cast iron skillet and oven can dry things out. May want the skin.
My sister likes boneless, skinless, flavorless chicken breast. Her stuff is dry cardboard to me. I add fats to mine.
For the cast iron skillet, I will sear a pig steak and then add water or broth and slow cook on the stove top for a moist cook. The steak will be falling apart after 6 hours of slow heat. Everyone has different tastes and styles. Serve over rice or potatoes.
