Mine is a lease and runs out soon, beginning to mid January I think. It was actually supposed to be up in August but we extended it because we weren’t sure what we wanted to do yet. Well... still not sure.

I do know that I don’t think I want another Subaru or at least not another of the same one. Idk. Maybe if I got a slightly better one, I might like it better. I loved mine at first but there’s just a lot of little things after having it 3 years I’m starting to notice that I don’t really like. Nothing major and I’ll take whatever I get but it’s just not that comfortable for longer drives and a few other little things. But I do love the safety of it and the stereo is pretty great. I also love that it still has a CD player. Most cars don’t nowadays haha although lately I’ve been using a lot of Spotify (connecting to Bluetooth) and Sirius XM anyway but still. I have tons of CDs haha

If/when I ever get a new(er) car, I want to get a Subaru. But my car is paid off and don't want a car note any time soon.

I love my Forester. It is a great vehicle.

I have been eyeballing the Forester. I am pretty much convinced that would probably be my next purchase. Unless something else comes along to change my mind before I get one. Which could definitely happen. Like I said, I don't want a car note any time soon so it may be a while. I could never lease a car. That's all my parents ever did. My dad worked for GM and I swear he'd get a different car every couple of years. I can't fathom spending all that money and not own it. I guess renting a house or apartment is kind of the same. But I understand sometimes you do what you got to do and what will work for you. For me, it is just a personal preference.

Thankfully I haven’t used mine yet mostly cause it’d be weird naming them people names. At least all you guys’ names work well for both people and animals. They’re not strictly people names.

All my favorite ones definitely are. Like it’d be a bit weird naming a dog Patrick or Ryan or James or something.

And it’d be weird naming a person Gator or Luna or any of the other animal names

Well Luna or May wouldn’t be so bad and Draco would be kinda badass but pretty sure Flame or Peach would be a bit weird and my kids would probably kill me if I named them Little One or Sweetpea

I disagree haha. I have a soft spot for naming animals "human" names. I also like uncommon human names (within reason).
I would seriously consider naming a child Theia if it wasn't my dog.. and I had a child.

For what it's worth I love the name Patrick for a dog. Luna is a cute girl's name too.

I disagree haha. I have a soft spot for naming animals "human" names. I also like uncommon human names (within reason).
I would seriously consider naming a child Theia if it wasn't my dog.. and I had a child.

I almost named my dog Mason but I was overruled by my son and hubby. So he became Buster.

Mine is an older model, but it is awesome! Better clearance, off-road capability, and bad weather performance than most other small SUVs, but it turns on a dime. Also has great rear visibility unlike most cute-utes, and the gas mileage isn’t too bad for commuting.
