Yeah I guess so lol. The guy that brought duck eggs asked me if I wanted to incubate them offered me free eggs. He's bringing them after I hatch the ducklings.
Oh wow that’s awesome!!!

Sounds like a great opportunity!I just had an interview for a vet clinic that's two minutes from my house. I'm really praying they liked me because I loved them.
Fingers crossed. ♥
He had some nice looking birds in the eggs I got before. Just a very bad hatch rate. I think it was 60%. I expect more when I hatch eggs.Oh wow that’s awesome!!!
My black and yellow ducklings turned out black and white. A blue will stay blue. A muddy yellow will be buff. My brown and gold turned out mallard cross. All black were my Cayuga and a clean yellow was Pekin.I'm sure these ducks will be mixed because he doesn't separate by breeds. Hopefully I get a nice mixed duckling, but I won't know how they'll look. I guess I'll choose the one with the most colorful fluff![]()
That was how I got started....ended up selling 41 out of the 42 because Daisy went into hide mode.See!!!!! I must have one!!!!
The stink doesn't leave the ground right away either. Going to throw lime and roto till the pen come spring and scatter rye, and Bermuda grass seed and arrow leaf clover seed.Aaargh! - Severe duckling fever attack imminent! - where the heck is that jar with the duck-poop?!?
