➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Well! I became a great great aunt this evening...meet tiny Olive Joan. Daddy got to come home for the delivery. He is in the military. Friday the doctor said only mom could go into the hospital but today he let dad come in too.

The doctor said no visitors until she is 6 weeks old. It is safer for the baby under these circumstances.

Congratulations
Used to be that was usual... Some people didn't bring the baby out until 6 months

Got the coop and the hutch today. I just have to clean out the hutch so I can put quail in it. We were thinking about fencing around it, but we aren't sure yet.
Didnt you say yall were putting natural roosts in your coop/s? Howd it go? I'm doing the same today so it reminded me

We didn't 🤦🏼‍♀️ My husband actually started working on the coop before I even woke up on Saturday, so he basically made his own poop board (metal sheet) in the lengthened our roost.

I'm thinking about making natural ones for outdoors though. I'll see what we can come up with.

Let me know how yours go.

I am so sorry. I am sure there is nothing that could have been done. He was lucky to have such a good home for the time he had. :hugs
Drax is now in a new tank and is digging it. I cleaned out groots tank and put Drax in there.

I was shocked but I am trying to remain positive.
