Sad update, the pair flew off at dusk last night and my dad and brother couldn't catch the baby again. No sign of it this morning.

so i’ve been keeping tabs on my chickens that I rehomed with friends last fall with the city stuff.......they lost one of the wondertwins, but all the others are still healthy and happy!! splash and elvira both went broody with a few of their chickens and they hatched at least 1 chick......she just messaged me today that the remaining wondertwin is broodyand due to hatch anytime now! Gonna be my first grandchick!!

Dang, you've been busy. I'm tired just reading this!
I planted a few new fruit trees in the backyard yesterday and got the first real sunburn I've had in years. I don't know how the ginger does it.
Tomorrow we are redoing the entire front garden bed and hopefully, finally getting the day lillies planted. ☺

What fruit trees did you plant?
Sounds like you and The Ginger have a busy day ahead! The effort will be worth it. Day lilies will be blooming soon.

My jersey giant cross pullets I gave to my friend and they started laying the day he got them at 20 weeks they mated with his roosters so now we have their eggs in my bator.
