What color?

They aren't dry enough to know for sure but the one on the left appears to be a Coral Blue and the one on the right looks like a Chocolate.

Chickens were at the gate of their pen trying to see what this creature was. Lucky for them it was just a groundhog just plodding along near by. I’ve never seen one up this close to the house. Normally it hangs closer around the creek and is quite elusive.

Oh gosh they look like they are dead! That would give me a heart attack.

That is what they do and then they jump up and tear around like crazy before they drop again.

I use a heater plate for warmth rather than a lamp, so when I pick up the plate to look they usually have popped right back up.
