No. Guineas are not waterfowl. Waterfowl eggs are typically misted but it is not absolutely necessary.@R2elk are guinea eggs typically misted during incubation?

I move mine to lockdown on day 25 just like the turkey eggs. Twelve of the 14 eggs moved to lockdown were internally pipped at the time. Eleven of the 12 internal pips hatched. The two that were not internally pipped looked dead at lockdown but I moved them to the hatcher just in case.I’ve been incubating mine just like chicken eggs except doing it for 26-28 days.
