First, they call at 8:20, just as I’m nursing the Milk Drinker to sleep, waking him up

Second, they tell us there is a scheduled power outage from 8am - 5pm TOMORROW!

Third, I work from home and people are depending on me.

Fourth, I have 86 eggs in three different incubators!

DH is borrowing a generator from someone at church, so we should at least be able to run fans and the incubators. I’ll try working, but I won’t count on being able to make it work.

Is 2020 over yet?

Maybe this will fix all the power issues we’ve been having recently?

A girl can dream can’t she?

Guess what? Today is the Milk Drinker's birthday! It's both hard to believe it's been a year already, and that it's only been a year. LOL. He's walking like a champ (and getting close to running at times) and he is learning and accurately using new words all the time.

So pretty! I saw these bugs today on our walk that kind of looked like moths but then when you got closer they kind of looked like dragonflies??? Idk. Anyway, they had black wings like a moth type shape, bug, and then the head was like emerald green type color. They were really pretty. no idea what they were though. But I thought of you because they were super pretty.

There’s a very pretty spider right off our deck too. Kind of yellow y green at least on the head and sitting in a nice big pretty web but my camera won’t get a picture of it because of course the web is basically clear and it can’t focus on the little spider doesn’t even see/recognize it I don’t think. I wish I could get a picture.
