So first of all let me introduce the birds.

Chainsaw, a who knows what 5-8 year old hen. She does have a little crest and looks like a cream legbar but lays white eggs. She also seems a lot lighter than a normal leg bar. Probably a hatchery "specialty." (She only looks mad because I interrupted her nap :)

Then there are the 5 month old offspring of a mixed Barred Rock roo and most likely a silver laced wyandotte/black wyandotte or a silver laced wyandotte. They all look cuckoo to me. So the first guy has red leakage (?) and I was just wondering how that works. Do any of them look like they have any mottling in with the barring? I'll try to get some better pictures. At least most of them had white tipped feathers as they grew up. I've heard that mottled chicks or mottling carriers often have the white tipped feathers. (off topic, but any name suggestions for them would be welcome!)

Then there are the month old chicks from the same father as the chickens above, but 3 have ameracauna/easter egger moms. The other one's mom is Chainsaw, the first chicken I posted. Do any look mottled to you? They also had some white tipped feathers.

I found some pictures of a barred tolbunt Wyandotte and would love to try to breed them from my chickens. I understand you would need mottling and barring, but what else would you need to make them?

I got the idea from https://sedgwickcommon.co.uk/tobunts/
