⭐ Kiki's Year Long 🌶️

is it truly sick or just injured?? and skinning it to check can be educational......
It appears to be both. Skinning the wrong animal can be harmful to your health. I have a friend that ended up in the hospital from the plague. He caught it skinning a bobcat, possibly from a flea bite. He was lucky and survived because he received the proper treatment. Most get treated for Tularemia instead. If you have Tularemia and get treated for the plague, you will come out fine. If you have the plague and get treated for Tularemia, you will most likely die.

i would probably make a better decision with the animal “in-hand” we’ve encountered coons that we’ve skinned and others we just buried....same with deer and any other animal that has been injured or looks sickly.
