We finished hanging all the Sheetrock, MuD #1 applied and sanded, Mud # 2 applied. Will sand and complete tomorrow (1 problem area where 3 drywall sheets come together still needs some leveling) returned stuff to 2 stores, picked up special order cabinet, bought primer and chose paint color and bought paint. Tub surround shipped early so will hopefully have everything ready to install it by next weekend.

I'm pretty sure the ceiling is going to cave in any minute...hopefully someone rips it out and fixes it right before it does.
As soon as that is done I'll be painting.

Weird how different the paint color looks in my hand vs on the wall it took me forever to find one that didn’t look green against the flooring

Long ago, in the 80's & 90's I used to travel around the US & Mexico shooting special effects for airshows. Just another day at the office.

Yes I wish we hadn’t had to go to such extremes, but there was a lot of water damage in the old walls.
