Artemis slept on the couch, her knees pulled against her chest beneath the quilt. Although it had been a few minutes since she fell asleep her cheeks still glistened with fresh tears.

Amy closed the door gently behind her and went over to peer over the side of the couch. Artemis was sleeping deeply so Amy left her alone and went to take that hot bath she had been thinking about all day.

Jaxson got in right before Vanessa drove up. There was no way she couldn't have seen his motorcycle's lights so he decided against acting like he hadn't been out. Instead, he prepared to explain himself immediately after she entered.
"Don't waste your breath," Vanessa said before he could get started. "Tomorrow, 11am, you have to go in. Interrogation concerning what happened three days ago," she explained hastily before shutting her bedroom door in his face. She sounded and looked tired so Jaxson left it at that and went to find something to eat in the dark kitchen.

Simeon whispered "Remember. I took you here, and gave you chocolates. It's almost an hour away from the city. You won't make it " A huge crash ran out, and Simeon cursed under his breath. He whispered "Listen, I'll text..." He stopped as he realize he probably wouldn't live to text her a place to meet later. He texted her his home address, then hung up the phone. He put the phone in his pocket, then exited the closet he was hiding in and promptly shot the one man in his room. His pistol made almost no noise with the suppressor on it.

(Gar and I are planning to do something together Artemis, but it hasn't been decided what. I shared my ideas with her, and sometime tomorrow, when she gets the chance, she will tell me the ideas she has. Even if we did know what we're going to do, we wouldn't tell you ;) Anyways, I probably won't reply to your post until Gar and I make up our minds.)

Brooklyn hung up without another word, to afraid that if she spoke too loudly Simeon would be found. Fetching the keys to her truck she rushed to the vehicle; driving as fast as she could down back roads so as to not draw the attention of cops.

Simeon decided the best game plan was to get off the property. When he looked out the window, he saw more men outside. Two talking outside the window, two more on the driveway. He slowly opened the window and fired off two more shots, then closed it, leaving no trace of his murder. He thought to himself "I'm to good for them." Another crash let loose in the house. And that's when the door opened and shots ran out. He quickly ducked behind cover, aka his bed, but he had already picked up two bullet wounds to his left arm. He shot from behind the bed, hearing the two bodies drop dead. But know the C.M.I knew where he was, and he wouldn't last long.

Brooklyn decided that it was more risky to park her vehicle far from the house if they weren't able to reach it. Instead she parked the truck beneath a few trees, which left her to cross an open area. She ducked, rushing to reach the back entrance as fast as she could.

Simeon got up slowly, and peeked out the door. He saw no one, and quickly began checking the rest of the upstairs, killing one man on the phone in the guest room. Suddenly, he froze, as he stared into the barrel of a rifle pointed right at him. It was his superior at the C.M.I. The man order him to drop his gun, which he did. Three more men came upstairs, with rope. Simeon quickly knew what they were going to do. He was dead, he thought. They grabbed his hands before he could resist, and tied them up, then tied him so he hung from a rafter in the unfinished part of the house.

(Umm, I thought there where men outside, wouldn't they try to stop her?)
