And good news... I found a chicken vet!!!!!!!! I brought my dogs to it today and they accept ALL animals. Lizards, quail, chicken, dogs, cats, horses, cows, goats... you get the point. They even do house calls!!!! I’m so excited because I need a vet that will come to us.

Hello everyone! I said I was done hatching for the year! Sooo here's what's hatching right now.

A couple little judgmental Polish chicks hatched yesterday even though I set them after my English Orpingtons, they were early babies!

This morning I was greeted by 4 sweet little Mottled English Orpingtons!

Hopefully I get a mix of Lavender, Chocolate, and Black Mottled English Orpingtons! They were pullet eggs so I'm encountering some minor issues with the hatch but so far nothing I can't work with! Just a couple babies that were a bit too big for their eggs, I kind of anticipated it, lol, don't be impatient like me! Wait until new pullets are laying full sized eggs!

I just happened to catch this one hatching! I haven't been hovering over this hatch so I've missed a lot.
Only 3 left to go! 2 malpositions and the giant chick. lol

I also filled another incubator with some backyard mix chicks for a friend because I just can't say no, LOL! They're due next week so it looks like I'll be hanging around this hatch-a-long for a bit as well.
