Made Tri tip steak tonight love the ones we buy at Costco melt in your mouth.. Cast iron skillet over 100 years old cooks to perfection Son wants it dead .. Dad has his med, mine is little moo left ... Potato wedges seasoned and baked brussle sprouts sprayed with olive oil then pepper
baked 425 for 15 minutes

It was .. We all agree we eat pretty good around here I get pretty free reign of
what I prepare the 38 year old Son is my right arm in the kitchen we are both left handed

Would love to eat at your house penny, you can keep the brussel sprouts though. Btw way prefer my steaks with life in them usually rare.* Though I know old folks are supposed to be more careful and not eat rare meats. I don't want to live "forever'.

There was a disk jockey many years ago. He hated rare meat - said he saw things hurt worse still get up and run.
