Speckle my cochin bantam that has the bad leg has gone hardcore broody so rather than putting her in the cage like I normally do to break them I thought I'd just stick a couple of eggs under her. Sh is now on 2 cuckoo Maran eggs and three araucana eggs.They can sit on 4-5 90-125 gram pea eggs.![]()
My best broodies have been bantam cochins and I always put 4-5 pea eggs under them. Legg's peafowl uses them too, and I think they do 4-5 eggs too.Thanks.
