Last winter I made some Habanero Syrup.It has made many a large man cry!

Pic below of Frozen Habaneros and a jar of Sweeeeet and Hottttttttttttttttt Habanero Syrup. A little dab will do ya! You and 10 other people that is!

Seriously some hot stuff but the right amount is pretty tasty on wings.

I’ve roasted carrots (with a little oil) to add to hot chillies for a similar vibe - kinda hot, smokey sweetness

That sounds dang good!

Our carrot crop was not a good one this year and its getting too hot now to start a new crop but I think that would be a great little snack.
