I need to find some of these or similar because that emotional aspect is my biggest challenge. I am a HUGE emotional eater and also will binge in those circumstances. But besides just that, I get like sad or like I’m missing out or something just thinking about cutting stuff which I know is just my brain trying to manipulate me into eating bad but yeah. And of course dealing with the emotions will help too and I am working on that part as well but yeah. This time though I’m actually excited about it, not sad, so that’s a start, but it’s more if I see something I want and can’t try.
Even so you still have to limit how much of this you eat. It's one thing to have one piece a day. It's a whole different thing to sit down and eat the whole bag.
 
So would I be good doing a short workout (a few push ups, planks or situps) a day? Normally I just walk to the barn and back during feeding/watering for my exercise, but that's only about a half mile.

I like to keep my workouts under 5 minutes otherwise I quit.
