There’s a canned brand, can’t remember the name atm, that’s supposedly Mercury tested but it’s crazy expensive I got it once I think. Also @Kiki aren’t the pouches expensive? And way less tuna. Why not buy the bigger cans and add your own lemon and garlic?

I keep a bag of Tyson frozen grilled chicken strips in my freezer. They are great for cooking up real quick and throwing on a salad

They are frozen solid. I'm too late. The baby lambs are frozen too.

No animal is frozen.
I select robust genetics that excel in our climate. The first six pics were taken today. Most of the birds are going on 5-7 yrs old. a few are new. The chicks are with Mom in a separate heated coop. (Not pictured.)







For the ones where there is concern regarding their ability to manage, usually due to age, they apparently come into the house to live...in a temp-controlled room. These are seniors going on 7. Except for Ms. Chookers, the one cuddling on my foot. She'll only be 4.


Even Peef's been in the house for 3 years now. She's in her 20s.
She just got a new pillow.
