My 2 year old Buff hen laid this yesterday and the grooved ring goes all the way around the egg, strange

Got another! Probably from the hen that laid this.

My strangest egg yet!

From a 4–5-year-old peahen that presented a few days ago acting egg bound. She was tubed fluids several times a day and given calcium gluconate. I will continue fluids and start her on Baytril and Meloxicam today.
