Was there a reason. You cracked it? I would have blown it and added it to my collection

I wanted to see how nasty the inside was.
This particular bird had stopped laying and I'm not even quite sure how long she had not been laying but there is no doubt that nastiness was rotting inside of her.
There's also no doubt that I wanted to keep any nastiness (the egg) inside my house.
