@R2elk Decided to go straight to freezer.
Hope it’s everything you say it is!

I forgot to mention that it needs to be wrapped in aluminum foil first. Freezing it without wrapping it first will cause it to dry out.

Sautéing green bell pepper, fresh garlic and celery. Usually the onion goes in there too, but mom dumped in into my chili pot.

I'm going to cheat and start the beans in the pressure cooker because I did not sink them over night.

i worked on laundry, swept the floors, cleaned the cooler blood tray, mopped the cooler, and mr muddy started wings, tenders, and potato logs.....now we’re heading out to rearrange the shed and put the mc up for winter

You don't add these things to the meat while it is cooking like normal people do?

There too. But you have to caramelize more so there are pieces of delicious veggies still there. Anything else and they cook to nothing
