0534 GQF brooder

Does anyone know if this can cope with the temps in an unheated garage? 50-60 F is fairly stable. It has the 250w heater in the brooder. Please advise???

I think if you can keep the little buggers warm and away from drafts they can do fine in a garage or barn or shed , my friend had her banty raise about a dozen chicks when there was 3 feet of snow out and it was about 20-20 F all day everyday and she only lost one . I am new though. so Good luck and maybe someone else will know better.
