1 out of 16 eggs....?

Hey everyone! We are hatching chicks and have been doing great with 16 showing activity and blood vessels as of day 18. Last night around 6pm we hit the "day 21" but only 1 chick has hatched?! Temp and humidity have stayed strong. What time frame are we looking at to hatch other eggs? Any suggestions to increase hatch rate at this stage?

Give it another day. Are these shipped eggs? If so that can happen. Eggs developing perfectly only to not hatch. But I'm confident you've more to come in time.
