1 week old chick hen or rooster?

Our 19 chicks are 1 week old today. They are from a mail order hatchery. One of the 4 Rhode island reds is far lighter in color and has a different posture than the others. Puffier chest and holds it's head back. It is also the most docile, has a timid demeanor, and falls asleep in our hands. Attached is a pic. Do we have an extra rooster we didn't expect?
