Is Baby Girl a rooster?

I have a 9 week old Rhode Island Red chicken named Baby Girl, and she (assuming it’s a girl) was the smallest of the chicks. We have 2 other of her breed, and they were much bigger than her. Once week 8 hit, she became the biggest. She behaves very nicely, but is definitely on top of the pecking order. She chases the Barnevelders (8 weeks old) around on occasion, and does a little standoff thing where she tries to be the tallest. Almost like when a bully fakes you out for looking at them, if that makes sense. (A neck and head movement if that helps you imagine it better) It’s a, they don’t bump chests but it looks like they are going to, sort of thing. Very peculiar, I’ve only seen it in kangaroos. My guess is she’s trying to assert dominance. Is this normal for females? We can’t have roosters, because they are too loud, but we can have hens. Is Baby Girl a rooster? Is it too young to tell? I have pictures of her below. I tried to include a feet, a full body, and a comparison with the others.

Definitely a girl!
We had an RIR hen 'mateing' with the other hens and acting like a rooster, and she was the dominant one of the flock, even over the roo (he was afraid of her)

I agree. That’s a pullet. I’ve also had experience with RIR being very aggressive but I love their personality. I’ve had one who pretended to be a rooster for a week once. She was three years old and laying but was also crowing, well, I couldn’t call it crowing. It was more live screaming bloody murder while standing in a tree.
