Hey all! I’m new here, new chick mama. I got 15 chicks from Atwoods on Saturday. I lost 1 yesterday and 1 today 😢 My brooder is outside but is large. I have 2 lamps but lately have only had to run 1 due to warmer temps in Texas. Keeping temp 85-90. I’m feeding the medicated Manna feed. Water has some electrolyte and a little ACV and a little probiotic. Bedding is pine shavings and every day I add fresh on top. Am I doing anything wrong or is this just normal? I buried 1 baby yesterday and now have to bury another. Makes me sad. Any advice is welcome. ❤️

If possible move the lamp a little more to one side of the brooder, so they have more of a cool area to use if needed, as you've mentioned having warmer temps. Chicks need both warm and cool areas to regulate their temperatures.
